By accessing or using gobble.gg ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

2. Beta Software Disclaimer

2.1 Development Status

gobble.gg is BETA SOFTWARE in active development. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Game may contain bugs, errors, and glitches
• Game mechanics, rules, and features may change without notice
• Service interruptions and downtime may occur
• Data loss, including cryptocurrency funds, may occur
• Performance may vary and the Game may not function as expected

2.2 No Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Financial Risks and Cryptocurrency

3.1 Risk Acknowledgment

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Your embedded wallet is stored locally on your device - loss of your device, PIN, or recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of funds
• Beta software may contain bugs that could affect wallet functionality
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for losses
• You should only risk amounts you can afford to lose entirely
• We cannot access or recover your funds as they are stored in your local embedded wallet

3.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOBBLE.GG, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA. Since your wallet is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to access, freeze, or recover your funds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Cheating and Exploitation

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating using third-party software, bots, or automation
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent game mechanics
• Manipulating network connections or game data
• Reverse engineering or decompiling game code
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Game

4.2 Consequences

Violations may result in immediate account termination and being banned from the platform. Note that we cannot and do not have access to user funds as your wallet is stored locally on your device.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and PIN
• Safeguarding your recovery phrase
• All activities that occur using your account
• Any losses resulting from compromised security

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time
• Implement updates, patches, or changes without notice
• Restrict access for maintenance or technical reasons
• Block access from certain jurisdictions

7. Privacy and Data

We collect minimal data necessary for game operation: your wallet's public address (which is public by nature) and gameplay statistics. We do not collect personal information, emails, or any private data. No account registration is required.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gobble.gg and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
